Monica is renowned for being an innovative, engaging and inspiring presenter. She has delivered first class educational presentations, workshops and seminars at conferences in over 15 countries around the world.
Monica has had a somewhat non-traditional journey on to the world stage of health and wellbeing. In part, this has contributed to her innovative approach to health and wellbeing.
An extensive professional involvement in the Fitness industry was interrupted in the early 1990's by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (or ME). Monica was determined to recover her health and vitality. The next four years were spent studying Shiatsu massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong and Zen Buddhism. A further three years of research and development combining western fitness concepts with ancient eastern disciplines resulted in the creating of the ChiBall Method™.
Monica has accrued over 35 years a wealth of knowledge and experience of Eastern philosophy, aromatherapy, energy medicine, as well as various movement modalities such as Feldenkrais method, Franklin Method, dance therapy, movement biomechanics.
Her focus in more recent years has been on developing bespoke programmes for individuals with particular health issues as a Therapeutic Movement Specialist.
