COMING SOON!
Welcome.
Revive & Restore is the foundation programme within Shensara. It has been created especially for women who would like to move with greater ease, confidence and comfort, whatever their starting point.
Perhaps you’ve been less active than you’d like to be. Perhaps you’re feeling stiff after years of sitting, recovering from illness or surgery, or simply noticing that your body no longer moves as freely as it once did.
Wherever you are today, this programme meets you there.
Throughout this three-part programme we’ll gently explore the foundations of healthy movement, beginning with the feet, then the pelvis, the spine, standing movement, and finally breathing and deep relaxation. Each chapter builds upon the last, helping you gradually reconnect with your body and rediscover movement that feels natural, comfortable and enjoyable.
You’ll notice that many of these movements appear throughout other Shensara programmes. That’s intentional. Our bodies learn through gentle repetition and variation. Each time you revisit these foundation movements, you give your brain new opportunities to improve coordination, mobility and confidence.
Most of Part One is practised in a chair, making it accessible whether you’re beginning your movement journey, returning after illness or surgery, or simply looking for a gentle way to restore your body.
Above all, this is not about striving or pushing harder.
It’s about becoming more aware of your body, discovering new movement possibilities, and allowing your body to remember what it already knows.
- Take your time.
- Listen to your body.
- There is no right or wrong—only an invitation to move with curiosity, kindness and ease.
This programme so much more than a sequence of exercises. It’s the first step in helping you feel at home in your body again.
Welcome to Revive & Restore.
